Yin yoga

It is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga that can be suitable for people of all ages and abilities. It’s a good choice for people who want to relax, focus on their mind, or balance intense workouts. Yin yoga can also help people with injuries or chronic conditions that cause pain, as the slow movements are less likely to aggravate existing issues. Fee: $25 with one complimentary class for Oasis clientele.

Pregnancy Yoga

Provided by Kate Anderson and Kaden Harrington

Sessions provided by certified prenatal yoga instructors and trained birth doulas – It is ideal for all trimesters. Students will learn to manage common discomforts and relax with other birthers. Learn how yoga can bond you with your baby while you support a healthy pregnancy and all types of childbirth.

Sound Bath Meditation

Provided by Bri Alexander Wellness

You will be “bathed” in sound waves during this meditative experience to promote relaxation, healing, and general well-being. Sounds are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and, at times, the human voice.

Candlelight Meditation & Reiki

Provided by Hemali Vora

With an intuitive healer and meditation guide, you will be led through a gentle meditation practice where you can quiet the noise of daily life and tap into the deep well of wisdom within you. You will experience a meditative experience and reiki energy work to promote relaxation, healing, and general well-being.

Belly Dance Workshop

Provided by Dr. Michelle Price

Learn low-impact, fun Middle Eastern-style dance moves to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and well-being. Open to all bodies and levels of dance experience. Taught by our very own, Dr Michelle Price, Pelvic Floor Therapist and member of a local dance company.

Move Your Hips & Learn Salsa

Provided by Tre and Keva

Join us for an introduction to salsa dancing in a fun, relaxed environment. You’ll learn the salsa basics and some Pilates based core and pelvic exercises to support your body on and off the dance floor. Tre and Keva have been dancing salsa for 15 years, competed in performance competitions, and danced in 7 different countries. They are known for their musical style and non-traditional pedagogical approach to teaching the dance. When they are not dancing, Keva works as a physical therapist and Pilates instructor and Tre works in robotics engineering and teaches 3D animation.

Fee: $25 in advance/$30 at the door with complimentary class for Oasis clientele.

BIRTHWORKERS: Belly Binding Training

Provided by Birth Matron

Join our expert-led belly binding training to master traditional postpartum techniques. Guided by a native Malay practitioner, you will learn authentic belly binding methods and holistic care practices to support new mothers. Experience hands-on workshops and gain the skills needed to promote healing and wellness during the postpartum period.
