Medicare Statement

Oasis PT & Pelvic Health is not a Medicare provider. Federal law prevents reimbursement to non-participating therapists providing typically covered services, part A or part B Medicare beneficiaries.
We do offer a wellness service and maintenance program for Wellness & Vitality Care. It is possible to see one of our staff where you are treated not more frequently than once a week. This is not considered normal rehabilitative treatment by Medicare. At the time of service, you will receive a “Wellness & Vitality Care” receipt absent of medical codes.
